"This place is absolutely incredible! When we went, it was just one chef and he has the entire kitchen dedicated gluten free! NOTE: You do need to make a reservation for this because he only seats around 6 people a night, but it is very much so worth it. The food was truly so good, and I really think it was one of my favorite experiences dining out in Japan!"
