"This was one of the best La Parilla experiences we’ve had trying to eat gluten free! My wife has a severe gluten allergy, and we talked to the manager (Luis) before and he was so kind, considerate, and did a great job walking us through the menu as well as their preparation process. They actually have some gluten free chips that they fry before hand separately! Luis came out to the table to check on us and make sure everything was good!"
