"This place is such a fun neighborhood spot! We talked to the staff about their gluten-free pizza process, and they mentioned that they change gloves, wipe down equipment, prepare separately, etc. My wife typically has severe reactions if she even gets a little gluten, and she had no issue eating here. The gluten-free pizza looked good and tasted good. Just be sure to tell the staff you have a "gluten allergy" or are "celiac" rather than "you just don't eat gluten, etc" because they know the difference and will handle it accordingly. "
